Over three enriching decades, my career arc from a Human Resources Director to a management and compensation consultant has deeply entwined me with the intricacies of local government. This journey, significantly shaped by active roles in NPELRA, WPELRA, and WACPD, has not only been a testament to the essential blend of strategic thinking and direct problem-solving but has also allowed me to cultivate a profound depth of knowledge and appreciation for local government work. My experiences in the field and with these associations uniquely position me to share invaluable insights that can illuminate and guide the path forward for local government entities.
